6 cups chicken broth
1 Onion
2 Carrots
2 Celery
3 cloves Garlic
1 cup frozen Chopped spinach
1 cannellini beans
1 white beans
2 large chicken breasts
2 Tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Sauté veggies in some olive oil, add seasonings, add chicken broth and chopped chicken breasts add spinach and tomato paste cook on low boil for about 30 minutes then summer for another 30 minutes serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top
